How do the Live Meditations work?
It is easy to participate in the Live Meditation sessions:
- You simply choose and purchase a Live Meditation package (see packages below).
- Complete the sign-up form after your purchase.
- Allow my e-mail addresses: mitzi@op-publishing.com and oppublishing@yahoo.com into your inbox.
- Then watch your e-mail inbox for the dates, times and access information for your Live Meditation sessions.
- Call the number and insert your special code or access the link sent in your e-mail. Then, just sit back, close your eyes, relax and listen. That’s all there is to it!
- Meditations are offered at varying times and days for your convenience.
- If you cannot participate in the Live Meditation the replay will be e-mailed to you shortly after the live call.

You have three options to participate in the Live Meditations:
(IMPORTANT: You will need a PayPal account to subscribe to monthly access. Although we have used PayPal for many years and found this service to be extremely safe and efficient, if you prefer not to to open a Paypal account or use your current PayPal account to purchase your subscription, please call us at 423-467-3302 and we will process your subscription manually. Please be sure to leave a message if there is no answer).
What you will receive when you sign up for the Live Meditations:
- Access to the number of Live Meditations for which you have subscribed each month.
- Replays of all of the Live Meditations for which you have subscribed.
- Mp3 Downloads of each Live Meditation Session.
- The opportunity to purchase CD’s of Each Session.
- Live Coaching Sessions by phone with Mitzi each month.
- And Of Course, Occasional Surprise Bonuses.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, without further obligation.
